This plant is commonly in cultivation as Hoya salweenica.

Flowers similar to Hoya carnosa and just like that Hoya sp. (salweenica) has clear sap.

Climber that could easily be grown in a hanging basket just as growing up trellises. Easily rooted and cultivated. Likes light but no direct sunlight. Tolerates to run slightly dry in between waterings.

Light, but no sunlight

Likes light but should not be exposed to sunlight. A protected window facing west is good.

Slightly moist

Tolerates some drought but should not be allowed to run completely dry.

Intermediate

Intermediate species. Tolerates short exposure to temperatures no less than 10°C. Best grown in a regular room temperature of 20-25°C.
